About the Certificate Course

The course is designed by experienced legal professionals to provide young lawyers with a strong foundation in drafting pleadings for civil, criminal, and constitutional proceedings. It emphasizes clear and concise communication, accurate language, and logical structuring of arguments. Course Instructor

Dr. Soubhadra Mukherjee. Advocate, Supreme Court of India – Experience of more than five years as a practicing Advocate at High Court Delhi & Supreme Court of India in the field of Cyberlaw, Criminal (Bail and Trials), Civil Matters, Writ Petitions, Banking and Service matters. Skilled writer & Experience in dispute resolution by Mediation and Arbitration.
