Job Description

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing documents for relevancy, privilege, and related issues as instructed by clients
Conducting legal research on technical and industry-specific topics
Assisting in litigation-related tasks and document assessments

Key Requirements

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong English reading comprehension
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities
Responsible, ethical, and a collaborative team player
Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement

Preferred (Optional) Skills

Familiarity with document review and the e-discovery/litigation industry
Knowledge of U.S. legal fundamentals and procedures
Proficiency in litigation management tools such as Relativity, Xerox, and DocuMatrix
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Industry-specific subject matter expertise
