Executive – Legal & Compliance at their Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review a variety of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.

Ensure all legal paperwork complies with current laws and regulations.

Perform legal research and provide insights into applicable laws and case precedents.

Keep legal and corporate records well-organized and up-to-date.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary filings and submissions.

Support the execution of corporate governance tasks, including meetings of the board and shareholders.

Help in applying best practices in corporate governance.
Eligibility Criteria

Must hold an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in legal and compliance roles.

Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Prior work experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is essential.
