Arthaat Legal® is looking for a Legal Compliance Associate for a hybrid position based in Delhi, perfect for fresh law graduates in 2025. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on diverse compliance matters within a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting legal compliance audits and reviews across India.
Assisting in the implementation and testing of legal compliance tools.

Supporting litigation management and contract reviews.

Providing legal opinions and acting as a liaison for clients.

Participating in internal audits and due diligence processes.

Handling Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) matters.

Ensuring compliance with the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) regulations.

Qualifications:

Recent law graduate (LLB) or final year law student.
Strong interest in legal compliance and corporate law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
