Wing Commander Ajit Kakkar (Retd.) is a practicing advocate at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, with specialization in Constitutional Law, Military and Service Law, and Arbitration. With nearly 26 years of service in the Indian Air Force, he retired in 2012 from Air Headquarters as the Joint Judge Advocate General (Air).
