About the Internship
This is a remote legal internship offering law students and aspiring legal professionals the opportunity to work under Advocate S Singh, a seasoned practitioner with over 29 years of experience at the Kolkata High Court. As an elected president of the C.M.M. Court Bar Association and Additional Public Prosecutor at City Sessions Court, Kolkata, Mr. Singh leads a well-established family law firm that advises several prominent business clients.
Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be expected to:

Conduct comprehensive legal research on laws, case precedents, and regulatory frameworks.

Draft a variety of legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and legal notices.

Analyze case files, maintain legal records, and assist in the organization of case materials.

Prepare detailed legal reports and track case deadlines effectively.
