About the Research Project
This research initiative focuses on examining the working conditions of platform-based beauty service providers in Delhi. It explores the nature of employment contracts between these workers and digital platforms, aiming to evaluate the need for standardized agreements and examine the negotiation power available to workers during and after onboarding. This is an empirical study grounded in real-world data and field interaction.
