Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Legal Intern to assist our in-house legal team on vital documentation and compliance tasks. This role offers direct exposure to regulatory research, contract standardisation, and SEBI regulations, providing valuable real-world legal experience.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Research & Documentation

Develop a ready reference guide on SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012, including relevant master circulars.

Summarize major regulatory clauses to support internal compliance and reference needs.
Contract Review & Deviation Analysis

Assist in evaluating standard agreements such as NDAs and portfolio investment contracts.

Create deviation matrices to highlight differences from approved templates, aiding risk assessment.
Template Drafting & Standardisation

Draft and refine templates for frequently used legal documents like board/shareholder resolutions and fund-related agreements.

Ensure these templates are clear, consistent, and legally sound.
Confidentiality & Security Protocols
Given the sensitive nature of the work:

Interns will work on company-issued laptops with necessary access restrictions (subject to IT approval).

All documents shared will be redacted to protect confidential content.

A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) must be signed before starting the internship.
Preferred Candidate Profile

3rd or 4th-year law students enrolled in a Delhi-based university.

Sound knowledge of corporate and investment laws, particularly SEBI regulations.

Strong skills in legal drafting, research, and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
