Associate / Senior Associate (or equivalent role based on experience)
Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advisory and transactional support for large-scale infrastructure and project finance matters

Work on projects related to Power, Roads, Oil & Gas, and Energy sectors

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and documents associated with infrastructure development and regulation
-
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and successful project execution
Desired Candidate Profile

2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in project advisory and infrastructure transactions

Currently employed with a reputed law firm handling projects/infrastructure-related mandates
-
In-depth understanding of sector-specific laws, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices
