The Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh State, headquartered at the High Court Building in Hyderabad, is the official regulatory authority for legal professionals in the state. It plays a crucial role in licensing advocates, maintaining professional standards, and overseeing ethical conduct within the legal community.
Role Overview
We are currently hiring a full-time Advocate for our Warangal office. The selected candidate will take on a broad range of responsibilities including client representation, legal drafting, courtroom appearances, and advisory services. This is an opportunity to work in a challenging legal environment and support the regulatory framework that governs legal practice.
Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in trials, hearings, and negotiations

Draft a variety of legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and legal opinions

Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations

Provide practical legal advice to clients across civil and criminal matters

Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws

Maintain strong client relationships and uphold professional ethics

Prepare legal briefs and support case strategies based on precedent and fact investigation
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university

Must be enrolled as a member of the Bar Council of AP State

Strong legal research and writing abilities

Skilled in litigation, legal drafting, and client advisory

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Comprehensive understanding of Indian laws and court procedures

Prior experience in legal practice is highly preferred
