Role Overview
This full-time position, based in Mumbai, focuses on advising clients on transactional risk and insurance strategies within M&A deals. The role includes developing tailored insurance solutions, managing negotiations with global underwriters, and ensuring successful deal execution.
Key Responsibilities

Offer strategic guidance on transaction risk and insurance tools to support client M&A objectives.

Develop customized insurance solutions to resolve transaction-related challenges.

Act as a central coordinator among stakeholders, underwriters, and advisors across global markets.

Clearly articulate and communicate Aon’s unique value proposition, even under complex circumstances.

Deliver market-leading services and maintain best practices in every client engagement.
Qualifications & Skills

A bachelor’s degree in law is required; a CS or CA qualification will be an added benefit.

2–5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm.

Strong knowledge of due diligence, warranties and indemnities, and transaction documentation (e.g., SPAs).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation capabilities.
- High commercial awareness and the ability to manage cross-functional projects effectively.
