Internship Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic law graduate to join our Legal Department as a Legal Analyst Intern. This role is designed to groom candidates into a Contracts Specialist (Shared Services) through structured training and hands-on experience.

6 months to 2 years of experience in commercial contracts or data privacy is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing global contracts including NDAs, RFPs, and vendor questionnaires

Gradually take on contract negotiations (e.g. DPAs under GDPR), marketing and sponsorship agreements

Support the legal team with administrative tasks such as legal research, documentation, and compliance operations

Contribute to managing privacy requests and performing compliance checks

Maintain exceptional accuracy while working under tight deadlines
Eligibility Criteria

Final-year law students (B.A. LL.B, B.Com LL.B, or B.B.A LL.B) graduating in 2023 or 2024

Minimum aggregate score of 60% with no active backlogs
