Key Responsibilities

Advise senior leadership on legal matters and ensure regulatory compliance

Draft, review, and negotiate key legal documents including commercial, vendor, and employment agreements

Proactively assess risks associated with business operations and decisions

Maintain accurate legal documentation and records

Represent the company in legal proceedings or coordinate external litigation support

Manage the company’s intellectual property portfolio (trademarks, copyrights, patents)

Stay informed on changes in applicable laws and contribute to internal knowledge-building

Coordinate with external legal counsel and law enforcement when necessary
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
2–3 years of legal experience in a corporate environment
-
LLB, integrated LLB, or LLM preferred
-
Solid understanding of contract law, intellectual property, and compliance frameworks

Experience handling copyright infringement, online piracy, and digital fraud

Skilled in arbitration and mediation, with exposure to working with law enforcement agencies

Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills

Confident in presenting and representing the organization in formal and informal legal settings
