Role Overview
Attero is seeking a dynamic and motivated Legal Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its legal team in Noida. The role is designed for professionals who are keen to ensure legal compliance, provide expert advisory support, and manage contracts effectively. The candidate will be responsible for handling regulatory matters, statutory filings, and dispute resolution while ensuring alignment of legal strategies with the company’s business goals. Key Responsibilities
The Legal Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and mitigating organizational risks. Core responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting laws, providing proactive legal advisory services, and drafting and managing a variety of agreements such as commercial contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and vendor agreements. The candidate will oversee statutory registrations, filings, and compliance audits while maintaining a centralized repository for legal documents. Additionally, the role involves managing dispute resolution and litigation by coordinating with external counsels, representing the company when required, and developing cost-effective legal strategies. Risk management, policy development, and internal training will also form key aspects of this position.
