About the Opportunity
Kamti & Associates, a progressive and fast-growing law firm, is expanding its Litigation Team and is looking for a dedicated Associate to join its South Delhi office. As an Associate, you will gain first-hand courtroom exposure, work closely with senior lawyers, and actively participate in strategizing and managing cases. Key Responsibilities
The selected Associate will represent clients in various forums for civil and commercial disputes. The responsibilities include drafting pleadings, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions with precision and clarity. Attending court hearings, client conferences, and briefings will form a significant part of the role. Additionally, the Associate will conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation and stay updated with the latest judicial developments. Working closely with senior lawyers, the candidate will contribute to case strategy, preparation, and efficient case management.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional drafting skills, strong oral advocacy, and proficiency in legal research tools. The role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and court officials.
