About the Opportunity
VSK Legal is currently inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Dispute Resolution & Regulatory Advisory team. This role is open to legal professionals with 0–2 years of relevant experience who can join immediately. The position offers hands-on exposure to litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters, and client advisory work, making it an excellent opportunity for early-career lawyers to develop expertise in dispute resolution.
Practice Area
The selected associate will primarily work in Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Advisory, involving litigation, arbitration, and compliance-related advisory services.
Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting pleadings, petitions, replies, and other legal documents.

Coordinating and managing cases, including interaction with courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities.

Attending court hearings, tribunal proceedings, and client briefings.

Conducting in-depth legal research and preparing case notes, memos, and strategy documents.

Assisting in pre-litigation strategy planning, settlement discussions, and client communications.
Eligibility
-
LL.B. degree from a recognized university (graduates from NLUs or Symbiosis preferred).

LL.M. is an added advantage but not mandatory.

0–2 years of experience in dispute resolution.

Strong knowledge of procedural laws, including the IBC, CPC, Arbitration Act, SEBI regulations, and related frameworks.

Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

Ability to manage case files, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Location
The position is based in New Delhi, providing associates exposure to courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies in India’s legal hub.
