Position: Law Researcher
The Tribunal has one opening for the post of Law Researcher, with a monthly remuneration of ₹65,000. This is a full-time position where the selected candidate will assist in in-depth legal research, drafting of judgments, reviewing case laws, and supporting tribunal members in handling appeals. The role demands a high level of legal acumen, precision in writing, and the ability to synthesize complex legal issues. Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Must hold a graduate degree in law (LL.B.) from a recognized law school, college, or university in India.

Should be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India.

Final-year law students (either from a 3-year or 5-year law course) may also apply, provided they submit proof of graduation prior to the interview or before the start of the assignment.

A strong working knowledge of computers and legal research tools is essential, as much of the work involves digital legal databases, drafting, and online resources.
