Essential Qualification & Experience

Educational Requirement: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) is mandatory; Master of Laws (LL.M.) is preferred.

Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably with a strong focus on e-commerce laws, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory work.

Strong drafting and negotiation abilities.

Excellent legal research, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making.
