Advocate Syed Adil Husain has been actively practicing law at Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, since 2018. Over the years, he has developed a strong litigation practice, representing clients in civil, commercial, and criminal matters. Currently, he also serves as a panel advocate for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), further broadening his exposure to complex and diverse cases. Eligibility for the Role
The internship opportunity is open primarily to final-year law students enrolled in either a 5-year integrated program or a 3-year LL.B. course. Applicants are expected to demonstrate a genuine interest in litigation and legal research, as these skills form the foundation of the work involved. Discipline, punctuality, and sincerity are considered essential qualities for interns since the nature of litigation demands consistency and commitment. While the internship is unpaid, it provides valuable professional exposure that goes beyond academic learning. Role
Selected interns will actively contribute to the day-to-day functioning of the chambers at Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The role includes court visits, client interaction, drafting legal documents, preparing petitions and replies, conducting legal research, and assisting in case preparation. Interns will also be expected to help with administrative responsibilities such as document management and file maintenance, giving them a complete overview of how a litigation office operates. This internship is designed not just to provide exposure but to instill practical skills necessary for a litigation career. With a flexible duration starting in September 2025, the experience is tailored to benefit students ready to step into professional practice.
