Eligibility for the Role
To be considered for this position, candidates must hold an LLB degree, either through a 5-year integrated course or a 3-year program, from a recognized university. In addition, applicants should possess at least one year of relevant professional experience, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Role
As a legal executive at Grew Energy, the selected professional will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of agreements, including vendor agreements, master supply contracts, and financing documents. The role also involves providing support in land acquisition processes, maintaining and updating legal MIS reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Coordinating with internal departments will be a key responsibility to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve legal concerns proactively. In addition, the legal executive may be assigned tasks related to regulatory filings and other compliance matters.
