Eligibility

To be considered for the Associate position, candidates must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a reputed institution. The ideal applicant should possess between 4 to 7 years of professional experience in the legal field, preferably with a background in corporate litigation, insolvency, or related practice areas. A strong academic inclination, combined with a keen interest in legal research and drafting, is essential for excelling in this role. Additionally, since the position involves frequent court appearances, candidates must demonstrate excellent advocacy and communication skills. Preference will be given to applicants who are based in Delhi or are willing to relocate to the city.

Role

The position of Associate at the Chamber is designed for a legal professional who can actively contribute to high-stakes litigation. The role requires drafting pleadings, preparing detailed legal research, and assisting in the strategy development of cases. Associates will also accompany senior lawyers to court proceedings, gaining first-hand exposure to advocacy before higher judicial forums such as the Supreme Court and specialized tribunals like NCLT and NCLAT. Beyond courtroom assistance, the Associate will be engaged in advising corporate clients on complex disputes, insolvency matters, and recovery laws.
