Eligibility
The internship is open to law students from recognized universities who are enthusiastic about developing practical skills in litigation and advisory services. Applicants should have a solid understanding of basic legal procedures and strong drafting abilities, as the role involves preparation of documents, petitions, and compliance-related materials. Candidates are also expected to possess excellent research skills and strong command over both written and spoken English, given the client-facing nature of the firm’s practice. While prior experience in litigation is not mandatory, it will be considered an added advantage. Role
As a legal intern at Gaurav Sharma Law Offices, candidates will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of practice areas including criminal law, civil disputes, intellectual property rights, and compliance management. Interns will assist the legal team in drafting petitions, conducting legal research, preparing case briefs, and managing compliance documents. They will also gain exposure to client interactions, case preparation, and court proceedings, depending on the nature of assignments. The firm’s dual presence in Gurgaon and Delhi ensures that interns experience a balance between corporate advisory work and litigation. This role is designed to help students transition their academic knowledge into practical application, allowing them to develop critical analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills. By the end of the internship, interns will have a comprehensive understanding of how a full-service law firm operates and delivers results for its clients.
