Eligibility
The internship program is open to final-year law students enrolled either in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated course or the 3rd year of a 3-year LLB program. Law graduates and LLM graduates are also eligible to apply. Candidates are expected to demonstrate a genuine interest in litigation, coupled with strong research skills and the discipline to work in a demanding legal environment. Punctuality, attention to detail, and a commitment to professional growth are key qualities the firm looks for in its interns. Role
Interns at HS&NS Law Office will gain practical exposure by engaging in diverse aspects of legal practice. Responsibilities include attending court proceedings, interacting with clients, assisting in the preparation of cases, and supporting the drafting of legal documents such as petitions, replies, and contracts. Interns will also carry out in-depth legal research and contribute to the firm’s case strategy under the guidance of experienced professionals. Administrative responsibilities such as document management and maintaining case files will form part of the training, ensuring that interns understand both the legal and operational side of practice. This hands-on role provides a comprehensive experience, equipping interns with the skills to handle litigation, drafting, and client interactions effectively.
How to Apply

The internship will be based at the firm’s Gurugram office and is designed to last for 1 to 3 months, depending on the availability and performance of the intern. Selected interns will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month along with a travel allowance, ensuring their contribution is fairly supported.
