Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be advocates with a minimum of 10 years of practice in court, which ensures they bring in-depth knowledge of law and judicial procedures. Retired District & Sessions Judges or Additional District & Sessions Judges are also eligible, as their judicial experience adds immense value to the mediation process. Additionally, professionals or domain experts with at least 15 years of experience in their respective fields, provided they are well-versed in law, can also apply.
