About the Internship
LawFinex LLP, a reputed law firm engaged in taxation, corporate law, intellectual property rights (IPR), and litigation matters, is inviting applications for its internship program. The internship is designed to provide law students with practical exposure to diverse areas of law, including corporate advisory, dispute resolution, and IPR matters. Eligibility
The internship is open to law students pursuing LL.B. (either 3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized institution. Applicants must have a good command over English (both written and spoken) along with sound computer proficiency, including MS Office and online research tools. The firm is looking for students with a keen interest in corporate law, litigation, and allied legal areas. Candidates demonstrating enthusiasm, discipline, and attention to detail will be preferred. This opportunity is best suited for students who wish to blend their academic knowledge with hands-on legal experience.
Responsibilities
Interns at LawFinex LLP will be entrusted with diverse and meaningful tasks to help them understand professional legal practice. Their responsibilities will include conducting legal research and preparing concise notes on various issues, assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, and contributing to case file preparation. Additionally, interns may also get the chance to assist in court proceedings before various courts and tribunals, offering them first-hand litigation exposure. This practical engagement will not only enhance research and drafting skills but also provide an understanding of courtroom dynamics and client-related work.
Duration & Application Procedure
The internship requires a minimum commitment of one month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and mutual agreement.
