Eligibility

This internship is open to law students currently enrolled in their 3rd or 4th year of a 5-year integrated law program. Candidates with prior experience in litigation or dispute resolution will be given preference. The role requires strong research and drafting skills, analytical thinking, and an understanding of both substantive and procedural laws. Applicants are expected to demonstrate initiative, maintain professionalism, and handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Role

The selected intern will play an active role in supporting the Disputes team on various matters. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research on relevant statutes and case laws, assisting in the drafting of pleadings, notices, and submissions, as well as preparing legal opinions. Interns will also attend court proceedings, arbitration hearings, and client meetings to observe and assist in practical legal work. Additional tasks involve summarizing case files, preparing internal briefs, and maintaining documentation crucial for litigation strategies. This role is structured to provide hands-on experience in disputes while fostering analytical and professional growth.
