Eligibility
TKC Partners is currently inviting applications for the position of Associate in its Dispute Resolution Team. The firm is looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience who can bring both expertise and dedication to the role. A key requirement for this position is strong drafting skills, which will be crucial in preparing pleadings, submissions, and other essential legal documents. Candidates should also possess sound knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms and litigation processes. In addition to technical skills, applicants are expected to demonstrate a professional attitude, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently while also collaborating with senior team members.
Role
The selected Associate will become part of the firm’s dynamic Dispute Resolution Team and will actively participate in handling matters before a wide range of forums. This includes the Supreme Court, High Court, NCLT, and NCDRC, as well as Domestic and International Arbitration proceedings. The role requires appearing in court, assisting senior lawyers with complex matters, conducting detailed research, and preparing high-quality drafts. Candidates will gain significant exposure to high-stakes litigation and arbitration, which will help sharpen advocacy skills and broaden professional experience.
