Eligibility
The firm is currently inviting applications for multiple positions in its prestigious Dispute Resolution teams located in Bengaluru and New Delhi. The available opportunities include three positions in Bengaluru requiring a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), one senior role in Bengaluru requiring 8+ years of PQE, and one position in New Delhi requiring 2+ years of PQE. Applicants must possess strong litigation skills, sound legal acumen, and the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills, coupled with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Role
The selected candidates will join Poovayya & Co.’s award-winning Dispute Resolution practice, which is known for handling complex and high-stakes litigation matters. Associates in this team will be actively involved in strategizing and managing cases before various forums, including High Courts, tribunals, and arbitration panels. The role requires candidates to draft pleadings, conduct legal research, assist senior counsel, and directly engage with clients on key matters. The senior position in Bengaluru offers an opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and managing critical litigation portfolios.
