Eligibility
The internship is open to law students who are currently pursuing their LL.B. and are in their third year or above of study. Candidates must display a strong inclination toward corporate and commercial law, supported by prior knowledge or academic exposure in related subjects. Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Manupatra and SCC Online is highly desirable, as the role demands efficiency in conducting thorough legal research. Applicants should also demonstrate strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple assignments within deadlines. This opportunity is best suited for students who aspire to gain in-depth practical exposure to corporate legal work in a professional environment.
Role
The Legal Intern will be an integral part of Zinnov’s legal team and will gain hands-on exposure to diverse areas such as corporate, commercial, labor, and data protection laws. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and management of legal MIS systems, maintaining document repositories, and supporting contract lifecycle management processes. Interns will also engage in legal research, regulatory monitoring, and preparing concise updates for the team. Additionally, the role provides an opportunity to work on live contract review workflows and compliance documentation. The internship is designed to offer mentorship from seasoned legal professionals and practical insights into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process, ensuring a holistic learning experience.
