About the Opportunity
KSK, Advocates & Attorneys, is currently inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associates in its Real Estate practice at the Mumbai office. This role presents an exciting opportunity for fresh law graduates who are keen to establish themselves in the real estate sector, one of the most dynamic areas of legal practice. The selected candidates will gain exposure to matters such as property transactions, title due diligence, drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks. Working under the mentorship of experienced lawyers, trainee associates will develop practical insights into property law and client management while being part of a team that handles high-value transactions and disputes.
Eligibility Criteria
The position is open to fresh law graduates who are motivated to pursue a career in real estate law.
