About the Organization

The GCC Policy Hub is a unique platform committed to shaping meaningful discussions around the policies that influence Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Our objective is to provide insightful research and guidance that enable organizations to make informed decisions about where to establish their centers and how to maximize the benefits of doing so. We believe in fostering an environment where policies serve both the interests of businesses and the broader community by promoting balanced frameworks. Through our work, we aim to encourage innovation, efficiency, and sustainable development in the GCC sector while contributing to India’s growing reputation as a preferred hub for global operations.

Eligibility

We are seeking individuals who have a demonstrated interest in law, economics, policy, or analytical research. Applicants may be law students currently enrolled in a three-year or five-year LLB program, or recent graduates with up to five years of professional experience. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to think critically and approach complex policy challenges from multiple perspectives. While prior professional experience is not mandatory, an educational or professional background in related disciplines will be highly valued. This internship is well-suited for those who are eager to engage in policy-oriented work and contribute meaningfully to ongoing research and advocacy efforts.

Role

Selected interns will join us as Generalist Interns, offering them exposure to multiple areas of work within our organization. Responsibilities will include assisting the Policy Analysis team in preparing research briefs, supporting Strategic Partnerships through outreach initiatives, and contributing to Marketing and Communications by helping create thought leadership content. Interns will work remotely and are expected to commit approximately 12 to 15 hours per week on a part-time basis. The internship is designed to provide practical insights into policy-making, research, and stakeholder engagement while allowing participants to develop essential skills. The duration of the internship ranges from three to six months, based on mutual agreement. While this is a voluntary role without monetary compensation, the experience gained is invaluable for students and graduates aiming to build a career in law, policy, or economics.

How to Apply

Interested candidates can apply online by submitting their application through the link provided at the end of the post. Applicants should include a well-structured CV that highlights their academic background, relevant skills, and professional experience, if any. A cover letter explaining why they are interested in joining the GCC Policy Hub and how they can contribute to its work will also strengthen their application. Since this is a competitive opportunity with limited openings, candidates are encouraged to apply early. For any additional queries or clarifications regarding the internship or application process, candidates may write to us at gccpolicyhub@gmail.com. We welcome individuals who are motivated to engage with the evolving landscape of Global Capability Centers and contribute to impactful policy research.
