Eligibility
The internship opportunity is open to law students who have a strong interest in litigation and are looking to gain hands-on experience in courtroom practice and procedural law. Ideal applicants should possess good research and drafting skills, along with a willingness to work diligently in a fast-paced environment. As this is a position within the Litigation Team, candidates should be prepared to observe and assist with case preparation, hearings, and client interactions. Although prior internship experience is not mandatory, candidates who are committed to learning and demonstrate enthusiasm for litigation will be given preference. Applicants must also ensure availability for the entire one-month period starting from September 1, 2025.
Role
The selected intern will work with the Litigation Team at Moulick Law Office, based in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. The role will involve exposure to various aspects of litigation, including drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending court proceedings, and assisting in preparing case files. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain firsthand experience of how litigation matters are managed, from client consultations to courtroom strategy. Interns will be mentored by experienced practitioners, enabling them to develop practical legal skills that go beyond theoretical knowledge.
