About the Organization
CyraLaw is a Vietnam-based legal and business advisory firm dedicated to supporting companies of all sizes in establishing and expanding their presence in the Vietnamese market. With deep expertise in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Tax Compliance, and Cross-Border Operations, the firm provides end-to-end solutions for businesses entering new markets. Beyond assisting clients with entity formation and regulatory compliance, CyraLaw also helps connect organizations with strategic partners, distributors, and clients to ensure sustainable growth. Their focus lies in combining legal precision with business practicality, enabling companies to thrive in a competitive and evolving international landscape.
Eligibility
The internship is open to law students and recent graduates who have a keen interest in corporate, investment, and international trade law. Candidates should demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills, along with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. Since the role involves working remotely, applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently in a fast-paced environment. An interest in cross-border investment and business law is highly desirable. While prior exposure to these practice areas is advantageous, it is not mandatory; enthusiasm and a commitment to growth are key qualities that the firm values.
Role
Selected interns will join CyraLaw’s dynamic team of lawyers and gain hands-on experience in corporate, investment, and trade law matters. The role offers exposure to real client cases, legal research, licensing processes, and advisory work in cross-border transactions. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with experienced lawyers, enhancing both their technical knowledge and practical skills. The internship also emphasizes mentorship, enabling interns to develop a strong foundation in regulatory compliance and market entry strategies. With its flexible and remote-first environment, this internship is designed to give participants practical insights into international business law while adapting to modern work practices.
How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV along with a short self-introduction to tracy.pham@cyralaw.com. As only two positions are available, applicants are encouraged to apply early to maximize their chances of selection. To strengthen their application, candidates should highlight relevant coursework, prior research experience, or any background in corporate and trade law. Since the internship is conducted remotely, applicants must also confirm their ability to commit time and work independently. This is an excellent opportunity for law students and fresh graduates seeking to enhance their exposure to international law practices and cross-border advisory work.
