Eligibility
Sigma Chambers is inviting applications for two positions: Senior Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation and Associate – Corporate Advisory and Litigation. For the Senior Associate role, candidates must be qualified advocates with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). For the Associate position, candidates with 1–2 years of PQE are eligible. Applicants should demonstrate a strong foundation in corporate law and litigation, along with the ability to keep pace with developments in startups, fund-raising, and technology-driven sectors. Prior experience in handling disputes before courts and tribunals will be highly valued. The ideal candidates will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining the professional excellence expected at Sigma Chambers.
Role

The responsibilities include managing litigation independently, assisting with strategic case development, and representing clients before courts and tribunals. On the advisory side, candidates will handle matters involving startups, fund-raising, and cutting-edge technologies, requiring them to remain updated on the latest regulatory and policy frameworks.
