Eligibility
The internship opportunity is designed for final-year students enrolled in either a three-year or five-year law program. Candidates should possess a strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in trial litigation. Excellent research abilities, sharp analytical skills, and effective communication are key requirements for this role. Applicants should be confident in drafting legal documents and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. While the position is open to all eligible students, preference will be given to applicants residing in East Delhi, allowing for ease of access to the courts and the firm’s office. This eligibility framework ensures that the selected intern will be well-prepared to contribute meaningfully during the internship.
Role
Selected interns will actively engage in various aspects of litigation practice, gaining exposure to real-time court processes and the inner workings of a trial-focused law firm. Their responsibilities will include assisting with in-depth legal research, preparing and drafting documents such as petitions, applications, and written submissions, as well as attending court proceedings to observe and understand trial advocacy. Interns will also provide support to the legal team in handling case files and preparing arguments. The internship, scheduled from September 2025 to December 2025, is primarily on-site, ensuring that students experience firsthand the challenges and demands of legal practice. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of trial litigation while building the intern’s practical skills.
