Eligibility
The Graduate Legal Assistant position under AECOM’s 2025 Graduate Program is specifically open to UAE Nationals holding a family book, in line with Emiratisation and UAE labour law. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Law or Legal Studies from an accredited university. Candidates should be recent graduates from 2024 or 2025, with a minimum GPA of 2.7 or 2:1 equivalent. Strong academic performance, an interest in corporate and infrastructure law, and the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial and project teams are highly valued. Role
As a Graduate Legal Assistant, the selected candidate will work directly with AECOM’s Senior Counsel in Dubai, gaining hands-on experience in legal operations. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing contracts such as NDAs and tender documents, managing claims and disputes, and supporting compliance processes. The role also involves preparing project approvals, assisting with insurance certificates, and coordinating with various departments to protect AECOM’s strategic business interests.
