Peshori Consultant is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious CA (Fresher)/semi-qualified CA to join the International tax & M&A team.
Eligibility
– Who is extremely passionate about learning tax and making a strong career in it
– Having articleship/internship experience in Income-tax
– Having a foundational and strong understanding of Income-tax laws and principles.
– Possess curiosity and a strong motivation to learn and apply complex international tax concepts.
– Having excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
– Having good drafting skills
Responsibilities
– Assist partners with international tax advisory projects.
– Research and analyse tax treaties, foreign tax laws, and regulations.
– Undertake FEMA advisory for inbound and outbound investments, capital transactions
– Drafting advisory opinions
– Handling litigation on International tax issues
– Handling International tax & FEMA compliances
