About the Opportunity
Dodd & Co. is looking for a Senior Associate for the Prosecution team at its firm
Eligibility
- 4- 5 years of extensive prosecution experience is mandatory.
- The candidate needs to be able to independently manage the complete lifecycle of TM, Design & Copyright applications, from filing through till registration.
- The candidate should have handled cancellations and oppositions as well. A candidate with experience of appearing before hearing officers in all the IP offices will be given preference.
- The candidate should possess a can-do attitude and confidence to execute independently.
- Strong English language (spoken and written) skills are a must
