Job Opening: Advocate (Title Search & Property Law)
ABC Law is looking for Advocates who are experienced in Title Search of Property (TSR) and have good knowledge of Banking and Finance laws.

Eligibility

• 1. Conduct thorough Title Search (TSR) and examination of property documents.
• 2. Identify and resolve title issues or defects.
• 3. Prepare detailed Title Search Reports (TSR) with complete analysis.
• 4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• 5. Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience in property title search and examination.
• 6. Strong understanding of property law, title verification, and banking & finance law.
• 7. Excellent research and analytical skills.
• 8. Verify ownership and identify any claims, liens, or encumbrances on the property.

Salary

As per company policy and based on experience.
