Join their legal team and support contract management, compliance, and legal research in the AdTech sector.
Eligibility
- LLB graduate (0-1 yr experience)
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
- Familiarity with advertising, media, and data privacy laws
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, IOs, MSAs, and DPAs.
- Conduct legal research on advertising, data privacy, and IP laws.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations to align contracts with business needs.
