We provide a wide range of legal services including contract drafting, intellectual property registration, business incorporation, employment law compliance, and data protection advisory.
About the Internship
We’re inviting applications for our November 2025 – December 2025 Internship Batch at My Legal Pal. This is a remote internship that offers students an opportunity to gain practical legal exposure in both corporate and IPR domains.
Interns will work closely with our lawyers on real client projects and learn to draft, review, and research across a wide spectrum of legal matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on diverse topics such as contracts, intellectual property, startups, and data protection.
- Draft and review legal documents including NDAs, service agreements, employment contracts, and privacy policies.
- Assist in content creation for legal blogs, articles, and guides
- Support ongoing cases and client advisory work (where applicable).
- Contribute to internal projects related to AI, legal tech, and online legal services.
Who Can Apply?
- Law students in their 3rd year or above (5-year course) or 2nd year or above (3-year course).
- Must have strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Good command of English and a basic understanding of contract and business law preferred.
- Interest in legal content writing or tech-law will be an added advantage.

Flexible, with weekly task submissions and mentor interaction sessions.

Stipend
This is an unpaid internship, but top-performing interns will receive:
- A Letter of Recommendation from the Managing Partner
- A certificate of completion
- Opportunity for a paid long-term position or freelance collaboration with My Legal Pal
