Position: Associate – Litigation and Non-Litigation (Real Estate & Commercial)
Eligibility
DM Legal India is looking for a dedicated and well-rounded legal professional experienced in both Litigation and Real Estate Transactions. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to:
- Civil, Commercial, and Real Estate Litigation before High Courts, Tribunals & other forums.
- Arbitration, Debt Recovery, and Insolvency matters (IBC & NCLT).
- Real Estate transactions including drafting and vetting of Development
- Agreements, JVs, MOUs, Conveyances, Lease Deeds, and POAs.
- Title due diligence and preparation of detailed title reports for land and property transactions.
- Non-litigation advisory work, document drafting, and client coordination.
- Candidates should have excellent drafting, research, and communication skills, with the ability to handle matters independently. Prior law firm experience in the real estate or litigation domain will be an added advantage.
Note for Applicants
The role involves handling assignments and matters between both our Fort and Borivali offices. Therefore, candidates applying for this position should be comfortable with inter-office travel as part of their regular professional responsibilities.
