About the Opportunity
INDIALAW LLP is looking for freshers to 2 years PQE lawyers to join our Litigation Team in Kolkata. The role offers exposure to Civil Litigation, NCLT, and ADR matters.
Candidates willing to relocate to Kolkata will be given preference.
Roles and Responsibilities

- Drafting pleadings, petitions, and applications for civil and company law matters
- Assisting in appearances before courts, tribunals, and arbitrators
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes
- Supporting senior lawyers in hearings, client meetings, and strategy discussions
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: LLB from a recognised university
- Experience: 0-2 years PQE (freshers welcome)
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a structured, process-driven environment
