About the Job
Octagona India is inviting applications for the role of Secretarial & Legal Associate, with experience supporting foreign companies operating through subsidiaries in India.
Position: Secretarial & Legal Associate
Eligibility
- Experience with XBRL? If yes, how many XBRL filings completed?
- Experience in drafting contracts? What types? Assisted or independently handled?
- Date of obtaining ICSI membership
- Experience in incorporation of foreign subsidiary companies
- Experience with FCGPR, FCTRS & FLA filings? Minimum Qualification
- Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (Mandatory)
- LLB preferred
- Experience Required -2–4 years post qualification,
- preferably in a consultancy firm or CS/legal practice supporting multinational/foreign clients.
