IN 10 Media looking for a Executive/Senior Executive -Legal for the company.
This role will be based out of the Jogeshwari Office and will be working from office 5 days a week.
Candidates based in Mumbai only should apply for this role.
Eligibility
The incumbent should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in the Media & Entertainment sector and have a strong background in Intellectual Property Rights.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end legal support across film and television development and production. This includes negotiating and drafting all major agreements talent and above-the-line contracts, co-production deals, rights acquisition, licensing, literary option/purchase agreements, and content exploitation deals across platforms.
- Review and perfect chain of title, assess third-party rights and obligations, and conduct IP and content clearances during pre-development.
- Handle marketing and promotional contracts, including product placements and co-branding.
- Oversee contract execution and administration, maintain detailed project status reports, support litigation through research and briefing materials, and work closely with the head of legal on all key matters.
