Eligibility

Professor	Essential qualifications, experience, and other eligibility conditions shall be as per the UGC Regulations, 2018, as amended from time to time.	In addition to the applicable UGC Regulations, candidates must possess: 1. Ph.D. relating to the specialization (for Professors & Associate Professors). 2. LL.M. relating to the specialization (for Assistant Professors). 3. Relevant research/publications and teaching experience in their respective areas of specialization.

Assistant Professor	Same as above, as per UGC Regulations, 2018 (as amended).	Same specialization requirements as mentioned above.

Pay Matrix

Position	Pay Matrix (Specialized & Non-Specialized Posts)
Professor	Academic Level 14 with rationalized entry pay of ₹1,44,200/- as per 7th CPC, along with other admissible allowances.
Associate Professor	Academic Level 13A with rationalized entry pay of ₹1,31,400/- as per 7th CPC, along with other admissible allowances.
Assistant Professor	Academic Level 10 with rationalized entry pay of ₹57,700/- as per 7th CPC, along with other admissible allowances.

Other Perks & Perquisite:

(a) Cumulative Professional Development Allowance (CPDA) of Rs. 4,50,000/- (i.e., Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand) for a block period of three years.

(b) Campus Accommodation in lieu of HRA based on availability.
