About the Internship

ADS Legal is inviting applications for internships for the month of January/February 2026. It is looking for enthusiastic and motivated final year law students to join our team for a physical internship at our office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

5th year law students from BA LLB course
3rd year students from the LLB course

Minimum internship duration: 1 month

Responsibilities

Assist in drafting and preparation of petitions and appeals across various forums
Help in filing cases in different courts and tribunals
Conduct research based on assigned cases
Participate in visits to the Supreme Court, High Court, and various tribunals
Assist in preparing briefing notes
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by partners and associates.
