
About the Office
The office of Adv. Chitvan Singhal is engaged in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, with regular work before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT and other quasi-judicial forums. The practice largely includes civil writ petitions before the High Court and SLPs/appeals before the Supreme Court, along with a broad range of dispute resolution matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting plaints, written statements, applications, writ petitions, replies/counter-affidavits, statements of claim, statements of defence, counter-claims, rejoinders, etc.
- Drafting and vetting settlement agreements, consent terms, legal notices and replies to demand/legal notices.
- Assisting in providing legal opinions and participating in client conferences.
- Appearing/assisting in matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Trial Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT and other quasi-judicial authorities.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on procedural and substantive issues.
Eligibility – Associate (Litigation & Arbitration)
PQE: 0–1 year.
Strong drafting, research and communication skills.
Prior exposure to matters before the Supreme Court of India will be considered an added advantage.
Eligibility – Assessment Intern
- 5th year students of a 5-year integrated law course or 3rd year students of a 3-year LL.B. course.
- Good legal research skills.
- Prior internship experience of at least 5 months (preferably in litigation/arbitration).
