Position Overview
The firm is looking to recruit a Junior Associate / Advocate (Job Reference No.: LM-001) to join its litigation team. This role is designed for individuals with a travel-friendly mindset who are eager to handle cybercrime matters and assist in legal proceedings both within and outside Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria

Education: LL.B. degree from a recognized university.

Enrollment: Must be enrolled with any State Bar Council.

Subject Knowledge: Basic to working knowledge of Cyber Law and Criminal Law.

Legal Skills: Sound understanding of legal procedures, court processes, and a strong interest in practical court practice.

Communication: Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

Cyber Litigation: Handling and assisting in cybercrime-related matters and liaising with Cyber Cells across India.

Field Work: Traveling for filing, pursuing, and resolving legal matters (expenses borne by the firm).

Drafting & Research: Assisting in drafting, legal research, filings, and court appearances.

Coordination: Managing legal proceedings in Delhi and outstation, and supporting senior advocates in litigation strategy.
Location
Delhi (Walking distance from Shahdara Metro Station) with frequent outstation assignments.
Stipend / Perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and skill level).

Travel: All travel expenses for outstation assignments are borne by the firm.
