The office is primarily engaged in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, providing comprehensive legal services in the field of litigation and dispute resolution.
Position Overview
The office is looking to recruit Legal Interns for a physical, in-office internship. This role is designed for law students seeking hands-on exposure to the workings of the Supreme Court and High Court litigation, focusing on procedural nuances and litigation strategy.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Law students (current).
Specialization: Interest in Litigation, Supreme Court Practice, and Constitutional Law.
Skills: Strong legal research and drafting skills, attention to detail, and a serious commitment to learning litigation practice.
Professionalism: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain discipline, and meet professional deadlines.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on complex legal issues for matters pending before the Supreme Court and High Courts.
Drafting: Assisting in drafting special leave petitions (SLPs), affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.
Court Procedure: Gaining practical exposure to court filings, registry procedures, and observing court proceedings.
Case Preparation: Collaborating with the team to manage case files and prepare briefs for senior counsel.
